       of the said Premisses hereby released and confirmed or meant mentioned or intended
       so to be with the Appurtenances unto the said Thomas Harrison John
       Walker Susannah Walker James Walker Margaret Walker Charles Walker
       Agnes Walker Mary Walker and Catherine Walker their Heirs and Assigns
       to their only Proper use and Behoof forever According to the true intent and
       meaning of these Presents and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever And lastly the said James Dale and Lydia his Wife and Thomas
       Stallings and Frances his Wife for themselves and their respective Heirs
       severally their respective Heirs said Premisses hereby released and conveyed or mentioned
       or intended so to be with the Appurtenances unto them the said Thomas
       Harrison John Walker Susannah Walker James Walker Margaret Walker Charles
       Walker Agnes Walker Mary Walker and Catherine Walker and their Heirs against
       them the said James Dale and Lydia his Wife Thomas Stallings and
       Frances his Wife and the several and respective Heirs of each of them and
       against all and every other Person or Persons Claiming or to Claim by
       from or under them or either of them shall and Warrant and for ever Defend
       by these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto
       Interchangeably set their Hands and seals the day and year first above Written
