       her the said Mary Walker her Heirs and Assigns forever And also to have
       and to Hold one other undivided Sixteenth part of the af.d Tract or Parcell of
       Land unto her the said Catherine Walker her Heirs and Assigns forever to the
       only Proper use and Behoof of the said John Walker Susannah Walker James
       Walker Margaret Walker Charles Walker Agnes Walker Mary Walker and Catherine
       Walker their Heirs and Assigns forever Respectively as Tenants in common
       and not Joint Tenants with the aforesaid Thomas Harrison and ^the said^ James
       Dale and Thomas Stallings do hereby Covenant Promise Grant and agree that
       they the said Thomas Harrison John Walker Susannah Walker James Walker
       Margaret Walker Charles Walker Margaret ^Agnes^ Walker Mary Walker and Catherine
       Walker their respective Heirs and Assigns shall and may from time to time
       and at all Times hereafter Peaceably and Quietly have hold Occupy Possess
       and enjoy all and Singular the said Tract of Land with the Appurtenances
       without the Let Trouble and Hindrance Molestation Interruption and Denial
       of them the said James Dale and Lydia his Wife Thomas Stallings and
       Frances his Wife or either of them And further that they the said James
       Dale and Lydia his Wife and the said Thomas Stallings and Frances
       his Wife and their Heirs and all and every other Person or Persons and
       their and every of their Heirs anything having or Claiming in the said
       Tract of Land and Premisses above mentioned or any Part thereof by from or
       under them shall and will at all Times hereafter at the request and Costs of them
       the said Thomas Harrison John Walker Susannah Walker James Walker
       Margaret Walker Charles Walker Agnes Walker Mary Walker and Catherine
       Walker their Heirs or Assigns make do or execute or cause or Procure to be
       made Done and executed all and every further and other lawfull and reasonable
       Grants Acts and Assurances in the Law Whatsoever be the same by
       Bargain and Sale Lease and Release Feoffment Fine or common recovery
       for the better and more Perfect granting and conveying and Assuring of
