239.

       Stallings and Frances his Wife bearing Date the day next before the day of the date
       of these Presents for ^one^ whole year commencing from the ^day^ of the next before the day of the
       Date thereof and by force of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession their
       Heirs and Assigns All that the aforementioned Tract or Parcell of Land called Stony
       Run Hills resurveyed containing fifty five Acres be the same more or Less together
       with all Edifices Buildings Guardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities
       Privi^le^dges and Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances Whatsoever
       to the said Tract or Parcel of Land belonging or in anywise Appurtaining
       and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profits
       of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances and ^of^ every Part thereof and all the Estate
       Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of
       them the said James Dale and Lydia his Wife Thomas Stallings and Frances his
       Wife or either of them of in to or out of the said Premisses or any Part thereof To have and to
       hold one undivided Moiety or half part of the said Tract or Parcel of Land unto him
       the said Thomas Harrison his Heirs and Assigns forever And Also to
       have and to hold one undivided sixteenth part of the aforesaid Tract or Parcel
       of Land ^un^to him the said John Walker his Heirs and Assigns forever And
       also to have and to hold one other undivided sixteenth part of the afd Tract
       or Parcel of Land unto her the said Susannah Walker her Heirs and Assigns
       for ever And also to have and to hold one other undivided sixteenth part
       of the af.d Tract or Parcel of Land unto him the said James Walker his
       Heirs and Assigns forever And also to have and to hold one other undivided
       Sixteenth part of the af.d Tract or Parcel of Land unto her the said
       Margaret Walker her Heirs and Assigns forever And Also to have
       and to hold one other undivided sixteenth Part of the af.d Tract or Parcel
       of Land unto him the said Charles Walker his Heirs and Assigns
       forever And also to have and to hold one other undivided Sixteenth
       Part of the af.d Tract or Parcel of Land unto her the said Agnes Walker
       her Heirs and Assigns forever And Also to have and to hold one
