X.d   This Indenture the third day of February in the Year of our Lord
       seventeen hundred and Sixty four Between James Dale of Calvert County
       Planter and Lydia his Wife and Thomas Stallings of the same County
       Planter and Frances his Wife of the one Part and Thomas Harrison John
       Walker Susannah Walker James Walker Margaret Walker Charles Walker Agnes
       Walker Mary Walker and Catherine Walker of Ann Arundel County
       of the other Part Witnesseth That Whereas a Certain Thomas Hughes
       died seized in Fee of and in a Tract or Parcell of Land called Stony run Hill
       re Surveyed containing fifty five Acres lying and being near unto Patapsco River
       in Ann Arundel County aforesaid which said Tract of Land hath Descended
       unto the said Lydia the Wife of the said James Dale and the
       said Frances Wife of the aforesaid Thomas Stallings the Daughters of
       the said Thomas Hughes as Parceners and CoHeiresses Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that the said James Dale and Lydia his Wife and Thomas
       Stallings and Frances his Wife for and in Consideration of the sum
       of one hundred and ten Pounds Current Money to them in hand Paid by the
       said Thomas Harrison John Walker Susannah Walker James Walker Margaret
       Walker Charles Walker Agnes Walker Mary Walker and Catherine Walker
       the receipt whereof the said James Dale and Lydia his Wife Thomas Stallingss
       and Frances his Wife do and each of them doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof
       and therefrom and of and from every Part and Parcel thereof do and each
       of them doth hereby Acquit exonerate and discharge the said Thomas Harrison
       John Walker Susannah Walker James Walker Margaret Walker Charles Walker
       Agnes Walker Mary Walker and Catherine Walker their Heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns Have and each of them Hath granted Bargained
       sold released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents do and each
       of them Doth grant Bargain sell release enfeoff and Confirm unto them the said
       Thomas Harrison Susannah Walker John Walker James Walker Margaret
       Walker Charles Walker Agnes Walker Mary Walker and Catherine Walker
       in their Actual Possession now being by virtue of a Bargain and Sale
       to them thereof ^made^ by the said James Dale and Lydia his Wife Thomas
