       Acknowledge & Confess I the said John Waymar have Granted Bargained
       & sold and do by these Presents Grant Bargain and sell
       unto Charles Hammond Jun.r Ext.r of Philip Hammond af.d
       for the use and Benefit of s.d Philips Estate and the Clamants
       under his Will Agreable with the Tenor thereof and his and their respective
       Representatives in Law to say the following two Negro Slaves Viz.t
       Samson a Young Fellow about twenty Years of Age and Charles another
       Negroe near the same Age   To have and to hold the said two Negro
       Slaves Samson & Charles by Name as af.d unto the said Charles Hammond
       Ext.r of Philip af.d to and for the use of the said Philips Estate and for none
       other Whatsoever And I the said John Wayman the af.d two Negroes
       unto said Cha.s Hammond his Ext.rs & Administrators for the use of the
       Estate of s.d Philip as af.d shall will Warrant & forever Defend by
       these Presents hereby Obliging my Heirs Ext.rs & Admin.rs to the same
       & like Warranty as af.d from and against all Manner of Persons Claiming
       or that may hereafter Claim the same Provided Always and it
       is the true intent and meaning hereof that if I the said John Wayman
       af.d my Heirs Ext.rs &C.a do pay or cause to be Paid unto s.d Charles
       Hammond Jun.r Ext.r of Philip af.d for the use and Benefit of s.d
       Philips Estate and the Claiments under his Will Agreeable with the Tenor
       thereof as af.d or his or their Executors Adm.rs &C.a the sum of Sterlg Money
       af.d being Sixty eight Pounds fifteen ^eighteen^ shillings above expressed to
       be receiv.d by me with the legal Interest thereof together with the cost of
       Writing and Recording these Presents at or before the first day of April
       next ensuing the date hereof then this Instrument of Writing and every
       Clause and Paragraph of the same to be Void Otherwise to be and remain
       in full Force and Virtue in Law And I the said John Wayman do hereby
       Oblige myself my Heirs Ext.rs &C.a to Pay to Charles Hammond Jun.r
       the af.d Principal Monies together with the Instrument Interest that shall
       Grow due and arise thereon with the Cost of Writing and Recording
