       Premisses and of into and out of every Part and Parcel thereof with its Appurtenances
       To have and to hold the said Part of the Tract of Land aforesaid and Premisses
       to ^him^ her the said Vachel Worthington his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use
       and behoof of him the said Vachel Worthington his Heirs and Assigns forever
       and to and for no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and Affixed
       their seals the day and year above mentioned
       Signed Sealed and Delivered                        John Worthington      seal
       in the Presence of

                                  Jn.o Brice

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       On the 14th day of February 1764 Came before me the Subscriber one of the
       Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland the within named John
       Worthington and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be
       his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned with the
       Appurtenances to be the Right and Estate of him the said Vachel Worthington
       his Heirs and Assigns According to the Purport true Intent and Meaning
       of the same Writing and the Act of Assembly in such Cases made and
       Provided                     Before

Ex.d   To all to whom these Presents shall come I John Wayman of Ann Arundel
       County Gent.n send Greeting Whereas I do owe and stand Justly indebted
       unto Charles Hammond Jun.r Executor of the last Will and Testament
       of Philip Hammond Esq late of the County afd Deceased
       in the full and Just sum of Sixty eight Pounds eight^een^ shillings Sterling
       Money which being minded and desirous to secure to the Estate
       of s.d Philip ^Now^ Know Ye that for and in Consideration of the Premisses
       and the afd sum of Sixty eight Pounds eighteen shillings Sterlg
       already had and received by me and y.e which I do hereby Acknowledge
