230 Ex.d This Indenture made this Fourteenth day of February in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Between John Worthington of Ann Arundel County Planter Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part and Vachel Worthington of Baltimore County in the Province aforesaid son of the said John Worthington of the other Part Witnesseth That the said John Worthington for an in Consideration of the Natural love and Affection which he hath and beareth unto the said Vachel Worthington his Son hath given Granted Aliened Enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these Presents Doth give grant alien Enfeoff release and confirm unto him the said Vachel Worthington his Heirs and Assigns forever all that Part of ^a^ Tract of Parcel of Land lying and being in Baltimore County called Welschs Cradle which is included within the following Lines to wit Begining at the end of two hundred and nineteen Perches on the third Line of the sad whole Tract and running thence by and with the fourth line thereof to the end of the said fourth line thence by and with the fifth line thereof two hundred and fifteen Perches and from the end of the said two hundred and fifteen Perches by a Streight line to the Begining of the said Part the same Part containing one Thousand Acres of Land more or Less together with all Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings Guardians Orchards Trees Timber Timber Trees Woods under Woods Waters Water Courses Easements Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Part of the said Tract or Parcel of Land aforesaid belonging or in anywise Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof And also of all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said John Worthington of into or out of all and Singular the said Premisses 1764 February 14.th 1764 Received of M.r Vachel Worthington Two Pounds Sterling for the Use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation fine fee [illegible] on the within one ^Thousand^ hundred Acres of Land by virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General Benj.a Beall |
