       On the third day of January 1764 came before us the subscribers two of his
       Lordships Justices of the Peace for Prince Georges County the within named Hutchinson
       Parker and Alethea his Wife and James Marshall and did severally acknowledge
       the within Deed to be their Act and Deed And the Lands Negroes Goods and Chattles
       therein mentioned to be the Right Estate and Property of the within named James
       Marshall his Heirs Exors and Admrs to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes within
       mentioned   And the said Alethea being by Us privately examined apart from and
       out of the hearing of her said Husband did make and repeat such her Acknowledgm.t
       afd and did declare that she made this her acknowledgment freely and voluntarily
       without being induced thereto by fears or threats of or Ill usage from her said Husband
       or for fear of his Displeasure                Acknowledged before Us

             This Indenture made the Fourteenth day of February in the
       Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Between Vachel Worthington
       of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman
       of the one Part and Samuel Worthington of the same County and Province
       Gentleman of the other Part Witnesseth That for and in Consideration of
       the sum of Five shillings Current Money by him the said Samuel
       Worthington to him the said Vachel Worthington in hand Paid at or
       before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof
       the said Vachel Worthington doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof  
       and therefrom and of and from every Part and Parcel thereof doth
       hereby Acknowledge ^Release acquit^ and Discharge the said Samuel Worthington
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators   And also for and in
       Consideration of him the said Samuel Worthington being bound

Vide Deed from Jn.o Worthington to Vachel Worthington fo.a 230 should
have been recorded before this Deed from V Worthington to S Worthington
being an Error of the Clerk
