       for him the said Vachel Worthington in four Several Bonds all
       Payable to a Certain Thomas Cockey of Baltimore County aforesaid
       Conditioned to pay the Principal Sums of three hundred pounds sterling
       and three hundred Pounds Current Money with Interest on each Bond
       as by same Bonds relation being thereto had may fully Appear Hath
       Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Release Enfeoff
       and Confirm unto the said Samuel Worthington his Heirs and Assigns
       All that Part of a Tract of Land called Welches Cradles lyeing and
       being in the same County given by Deed of Gift from his Father
       John Worthington containing in the said Part one Thousand Acres of
       Land more or less together with all the Buildings Edifices Improvements
       and Advantages to the said Tract or Parcell of Land hereby
       Bargained and Sold or mentioned so to be belonging or in anywise
       Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcell
       thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Vachel Worthington
       his Heirs and Assigns of in to or out of the said Premisses
       and Appurtenances and every Part and Parcel thereof
       To have and to Hold the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land
       hereby Bargained & Sold or mentioned or intended so to be with
       the Appurtenances unto him the said Samuel Worthington his Heirs
       and Assigns to the only Proper use and behoof of him the said Samuel Worthington
       his Heirs and Assigns forever ^Provided always^ and it is the true Intent and Meaning
       of these Presents that if the said Vachel Worthington his Heirs Executors or
       Administrators do and shall Well and Truly pay the afd ^several^ sums of Sterling and
       Current Money with Interest for the same due by Bond as aforesaid to the
