226.

       other premises and their Rents Issues and Profits as aforesaid to and for the sole and
       seperate Use and Benefit of the said Alethea Parker as aforesaid and that she may
       freely and absolutely dispose of such Profits as well as those to be paid and delivered
       over to her as aforesaid at her meer Will and Pleasure and Id she should by Economy
       and Frugality gain and save any thing more than she expends that then she
       the said Alethea Parker may truly dispose thereof or of any part thereof to all
       or any of her Children either by Gift in her Life Time or by any Writing executed
       in the Form of a last Will and Testament and may If she should think fit place
       the same or any Part thereof in the hands of any Person or Persons in the Nature
       of a Trustee ship for securing the same to her Children or such of them as she shall
       see fit as if she the same Alethea Parker was a feme sole   And the said Hutchinson
       Parker doth hereby Covenant and grant and it is hereby agreed by and between all the
       said Parties hereto that the Said James Marshall shall and may take and accept
       of any Deed of Conveyance or Release of and from the afd James Weems his heirs
       Executors and Administrators of and for the Premises mentioned in the said recited
       Deed to him the said James Weems and the aforesaid Thomas Ireland to him the
       said James Weems and the aforesaid Thomas Ireland to him the said James Marshall
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators in Trust to and for the Uses and Purposes
       of this Present Indenture   In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents
       have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and seals the Day and Year
       first above Written                                 Hutchinson Parker      s
          Signed Sealed and Delivered              Alethea Parker            s
          in the presence of us                           James Marshall           s
       William Lock Weems
       David Crawfurd            On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz

       Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within
       named James Marshall the sum of Five shillings Current Money
       being the Consideration within Mentioned to be by him payd to Us
       Witness W.m Lock Weems      I say received by Us   Hutchinson Parker
                David Crawfurd                                                 Alethea Parker
