       Convenient to him or them for such Uses Purposes and Conveniences as he or they
       should judge fitting and necessary   To hold the said premises from the day of the
       date of that Indenture for Twenty one Years under the Yearly Rent of fourteen
       Shillings sterling the other of which said Indenture so made between them the said
       Hutchinson Parker and Alethea Parker his Wife and the aforesaid James Marshall
       is mentioned to be made for the Consideration of Five shillings sterling and therein
       and thereby the said Hutchinson Parker and Alethea his Wife did give grant Bargain
       sell and confirm unto him the said James Marshall his heirs and Assigns
       forever All the Right Title Interest and Estate which the Said Hutchinson
       Parker and Alethea his Wife or either of them then had or by Law or Equity
       could or might have of in and unto all the Lands Goods or Chattles whatsoever
       by virtue and under the last will and Testament of the aforesaid John Smith
       late of S.t Leonards Creek in Calvert County deceased As also all the Estate
       Right Title and Interest which the said Hutchinson Parker had could or
       might have of in and unto all and every Part or Parcel of Land Goods or Chattels
       whatsoever devised or Willed unto him the said Hut^c^hinson Parker by the last Will
       and Testament of Gabriel Parker father of him the said Hutchinson Parker
       late of Calvert County aforesaid deceased together with all and singular the
       Appurtenances to any of the Lands aforesaid and every the Premises of what Nature
       or kind soever therein before granted or mentioned to be granted and the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders and all the Right Title and
       Interest of the said Hutchinson Parker and Alethea his Wife of in and unto the
       before mentioned Promises unto him the said James Marshall his heirs and
       Assigns for ever And also all the Right Title and Estate which the said Hutchinson
       Parker and Alethea his Wife had of in and unto all and every the Negroes
       devised and willed by the last Will and Testament of him the said John Smith
       unto her the said Alethea Parker and all and every Negro or Negroes then
       in the Possession of the said Hutchinson Parker and Alethea
