218.

       untill the Debts then due from him should be satisfied and afterwards to the
       sole and seperate Use and Benefit of her the said Alethea Parker
       And the better to enable them the Said Hutchinson Parker and Alethea
       his Wife to make Proper Instruments of Conveyance to Carry the said Agreement
       into Execution the said Samuel Dare did make and execute a Release to them the
       Said Hutchinson Parker and Alethea his Wife Whereupon they the said
       Hutchinson Parker and Alethea his Wife by Indenture made between them of
       the one part and the aforesaid James Weems and Thomas Ireland of the other part
       in which four hundred Pounds Current Money is Expressed to be the Consideration
       thereof did grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the said
       James Weems and Thomas Ireland their heirs and Assigns for ever All the said
       Real and Personal Estate devised as aforesaid ^by the aforesaid^ John Smith to her the said
       Alethea Parker and also the ^said Lands lying near Piscataway in Prince Georges County And in and by the same^ Instrument (contrary to the true Intent thereof) mention
       is made that the said Pmises Should be to the Use of the said James We^e^ms and Thomas
       Ireland their Heirs and Assigns for ever   And Whereas afterwards the
       said Alethea Parker became dissatisfied with the Management of the said
       James Weems and Thomas Ireland and the said James Weems some
       Time in the Month of May seventeen hundred and sixty one (the said Thomas
       Ireland being then Dead) rendered Accounts of Profits and Payments by which
       it appeared there was a Ballance then due to him of One hundred and Fifty six
       Pounds Two shillings and Three Pence Current Money and She the said
       Alethea Parker was Willing and it was accordingly agreed between the said
       Parties hereto that the said Premises should be further Incumbered with a Debt
       then due from the said Hutchinson Parker to John Glassford and Comp.a
       and that the whole Premises should be Placed in the hands of the aforesaid
       James Marshall (then Attorney in Fact for the aforesaid John Glassford
       and Company) as Trustees to receive the Profits of the Premisses
                                                                                                    thereout
