217. half part to Samuel Dare the Cousin of her the said Alethea Parker in Trust for the Seperate Use of her the Said Alethea Parker what was then left to the said Hutchinson Parkers power and disposal being much more than fully sufficient to pay off and satisfy all his then Debts and to carry that Agreement into Execution he the said Hutchinson Parker on or about the said Eleventh day of May seventeen hundred & Fifty four by Indenture made between him on the one Part and the afores.d Samuel Dare of the other Part did grant bargain sell alien and Confirm unto the said Samuel Dare only and in Trust for the only proper Use and Behoof of her the said Alethea Parker his full moiety or one half of all the Rights Issues and Mean Profits that might or could by any Ways or means accrue to him the said Hutchinson Parker out of the Estate of him the said John Smith deceased by Virtue of his last Will and Testament And did covenant that during the Natural Life of the said Alethea Parker it should & might the Lawfull for him the said Samuel Dare to receive hold take Use and Occupy for and in Trust to the proper Use Benefit and Advantage of her the said Alethea Parker all and every the aforesaid Moiety or one half of the Rights Issues and Mean Profits aforesaid without being subjected to any Debt due or Demand he the said Hutchinson Parker then had or might hereafter contract with any person whatsoever And Whereas afterwards the said Hutchinson Parker became indebted to James Weems Thomas Ireland and others in great Sums of Money and was actually sued and Imprisoned for some of these Debts and some Time in or about the Month of June seventeen hundred and Fifty six It was agreed between the said Hutchinson Parker and Alethea his Wife together and with the Creditors of the Said Hutchinson Parker that the Lands before mentioned lying near Piscataway which was the Inheritance of the said Alethea Parker as aforesaid together with the whole Estate devised and Bequeathed to her the said Alethea Parker as aforesaid by her said Brother John Smith should be placed in the Hands of the said James Weems and Thomas Ireland in Trust to take and receive the Profits thereof for the use of Creditors of the said Hutchinson Parker untill |
