       Contented satisfied and paid hath Assigned Transferred and made over and Doth
       by these Presents Assign Transfer and make over unto the Said Ann Gaither
       her heirs Executors Administrators or assigns all his the Said Edward Norwood
       undivided half part of the Moiety of the aforesaid Lott of Land and Premises thereunto belonging
       for and during the Term aforesaid   To have and To hold to her the
       said Ann Gaither her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and to and for no
       other Use intent or Purpose whatsoever   And the said Ann Gaither for herself
       her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns Doth Covenant & agree to
       and with the said Edward Norwood his heirs Executors & Administrators that If she
       the Said Ann Gaither her Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns do not well & truly
       Save harmless and keep Indemnifyed the said Edward Norwood his heirs Executors and
       Administrators from the Payment of any Part of the Rent of the Lease aforesaid then this
       Indenture to be Void and of no Effect else to be and Remain in full force & Virtue in Law
       In Witness whereof the Said Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably
       Set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year

          (the Interlienation being first made in the Thirty third Thirty fourth and Thirty
          sixth lines of this Indenture) in Presence of

                         Phil Rich.d    Francis Lee               Baruch Williams

                               On the Back of the aforesaid Deed was thus Written Viz

       Received the 16th day of November 1763 of Ann Gaither the sum of Twelve
       pounds Ten Shillings Currency being the Consideration Money within mentioned I say
       received                                                                     Edward Norwood

                Ann Arundel County fs.t  On the 16th day of November 1763
