193. Beall on or about the Eighteenth day of July Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and sixty Also one Tract or Parcel of Land called Widdam's Neglect surveyed for the said Benjamin Beall on or about the Eight day of May Anno Domini seventeen hundred and Fifty seven Containing One hundred forty seven and an half Acres of Land more or less with all Houses Fences Woods Waters Meadows Improvements and Appurtenances to the said Lands belonging or deemed to belong or in any wise appertaining or deemed to appertain with the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Benjamin Beall of in or to the same To have & to hold the Lands aforesaid with the Premises and Appurtenances unto the said John Glassford and Company their heirs and Assigns for ever To the only proper Use and Behoof of the said John Glassford and Company their heirs and Assigns and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Benjamin Beall doth Covenant and agree to and with the said John Glassford and Company that they the said John Glassford and Company their heirs and Assigns shall and may at all Times hereafter quietly and peaceably hold Occupy and Possess the Lands aforesaid with the Premises and Appurtenances free and clear of and from every Incumbrance and Charge whatsoever And the said Benjamin Beall doth further Covenant and agree to and with the said John Glassford and Company that he the said Benjamin Beall his heirs Executors and Administrators the Lands afd with the Premisses and Appurtenances unto the said John Glassford and Company their heirs and Assigns shall and will for ever hereafter warrant and defend Provided Nevertheless that If the said Benjamin Beall his heirs Executors or Administrators shall well and truly pay and satisfy unto the said John Glassford and Company their Attorney Executors Administrators or Assigns the said sum of Two hundred and seventy pounds seventeen shillings and six pence with legal Interest for the same from and after the ninth day of December next ensuing one or before the first day of January in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty seven Then this Deed shall be null and void as If the same had never been made or Executed and the said |
