       been Accepted Reputed Taken known Used Occupied Possessed or Enjoyed to or with
       the same or as Part or Parcel of Member thereof And also the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rent and Services of all and singular the said Premisses
       above Mentioned and of every Part and Parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances
       and also all the Estate Right Title and Interest Claim & Demand Whatsoever both in Law & Equity     
       of them the said Robert & Elizabeth Bishop of in and to the same and of in and to ever Part and
       Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances and also all the Deeds Evidences and Writings which do
       Concern the Premises or any Part thereof Jointly with other Lands and Tenements now in the
       Custody and Possession of the said Robert and Elizabeth Bishop or which they can or may get
       or come by without suit in Law the same Coppys to be made and Written at the Request
       Cost and Charges of the said John Beal Howard his heirs and Assigns   To have
       and To hold all and singular the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments & Premises
       above mentioned and every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their
       Appurtenances unto the said John Beal Howard his heirs and Assigns ^to the only Proper use and behoof of the said John Beal Howard his Heirs and Assigns forever^ forever

       set their Hands and Affixed their seals the day and Year first above Written

       Received of M.r John Beall Howard seven shillings & Eleven Pence
       half penny sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine
       on the within One Hundred and Ninety Nine Acres of Land by Virtue of a
       Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and receiver
