       and therewith fully satisfied Contented and paid of all and every part thereof
       doth Exonerate acquit and Discharge the said Samuel Child his Executors and
       Admrs for ever   Hath given granted sold Aliened Enfeoffed Conveyed Releases
       Remised Ratified Confirmed and made over and in order to make unto him
       the said Samuel Child an Absolute Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance Doth
       give Grant Sell Alien Enfeoff Convey Remise Release Ratifie Confirm and
       make over unto him the said Samuel Child in his peacable Possession and
       Seizer thereof now being all that Tract or parcell of Land called part of
       Wickhams and Pottengers Discovery aforesaid Bounded as follows (Viz) Begining
       at the Original beginning Tree of the Said Land and running thence North Eighty
       Degrees East sixty perches then south Ten Degrees East thirty perches then south East
       forty perches then south Eighty five degrees East Eighty perches then south Twenty
       five degrees East fifty Perches then south sixty degrees West Eighty Nine perches
       then North Seventy One Degrees West One hundred and sixty Eight Perches
       then with a streight Line to the beginning Containing and now laid out for
       One hundred Acres more or Less together with all and singular the Timber and
       Timber Trees Houses Buildings Fences Pastures Gardens Commons Rents
       Services Issues Emoluments Cultivations and Improvements thereof or thereunto
       or in any wise appertaining   To have and To hold the said One
       hundred Acres of Land premises and Appurtenances and every part of the same
       to him the said Samuel Child his heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper
       Use and Behoofe of him the said Samuel Child his heirs and Assigns for
       ever and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder or Remainders of all and singular the Premisses &
       Appurtenances and every part of the same To be held of the Chief Lord ^or Lords^ of the
       Fee or Fees thereof by the Rents and Services [illegible] of Right
       accustomed and the said Samuel Pottinger for himself the heirs Exrs and
       Admrs Doth hereby Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said
       Samuel Child his heirs and Assigns that the said Samuel Pottenger his
       heirs Exrs and Admrs the said one hundred [illegible] premisses
