       December 21.st 1763   Received of Thomas Davis the sum of one hundred
       & Ten Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain being the Consideration within
       mentioned as Witness my hand
                                                                         Daniel Carroll

             On the 21.st day of December in the Year of our Lord 1763 came before me the
       subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Daniel Carroll the
       within Granten & Acknowledged the within & above Deed according to the Tenor &
       Direction of the Act of Assembly in such Cases according to the Term & Directions of the
       Act of Assembly in such Cases made & provided                  before

       1763 December 24.th   Received of M.r Thomas Davis Eight shillings
       sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within
       Two Hundred Acres of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r
       his Said Lordships Agent & receiver General

                   Recorded the 24.th day of December 1763

Ex.d      This Indenture made this Twentyeth day of December in the
       Year Seventeen hundred and Sixty Three between Thomas Davis of
       Frederick County Innholder on the one Part and Daniel Dulany of the
       City of Annapolis Esq.r on the other Part   Witnesseth that the said
       Thomas Daviss for and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred and Thirty
       Pounds thirteen Shillings and four pence sterling to him the said Thomas Daviss
       in hand paid by the Said Daniel Dulany the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged
       hath given granted bargained and sold & by these Presents Doth give grant bargain
       & Sell unto the Said Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns all that Tract or
       parcel of Land with the Appurtenances in Frederick County called or known by the Name of the
       Young Mans Delight being part of a Tract of Land called the Exchange & new Exchange Enlarged
       on the Head Draughts of Captain John beginning in the sixth Line of a Tract of Land
       & so running the several & respective Lines & Courses mentioned and described in a Deed
