       Barrister Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
       Presents the receipt whereof the said Jane Ayton party hereto doth hereby Acknowledge and therefrom
       acquit and discharge the said Charles Carroll Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll son of Daniel
       Charles Carroll Barrister Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany and each of them and their and
       each of their Heirs Executors and Administrators by these presents      Hath given granted
       bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant bargain
       sell alien release enfeoffe and Confirm unto them the said Charles Carroll Esquire Benjamin
       Tasker Esquire Charles Carroll son of Daniel Charles Carroll Barrister Daniel Dulany and
       Walter Dulany    All that the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land called Fosters Fancy as afd
       lying and being in Ann Arundel County afd and Containing Ninety Eight acre more or less
       Together with all Houses Out Houses Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters
       Water Courses Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever to
       the same Tract or Parcel of Land belonging or in any wise Appurtaining And the reversion
       and reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the Same Tract of Land
       and of every Part and Parcel thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust
       Profit Property Claim and demand of her the said Jane Ayton party hereto of into and out of
       the said Tract of Land and Premises and of unto and out of every part and parcel therof
       To have and To hold one undivided fifth part of the Tract of Land aforesaid and Premises
       with the Appurtenances to him the said Charles Carroll Esquire his heirs and Assigns To
       have and To hold one other undivided fifth part thereof to him the Said Benjamin Tasker
       his heirs and Assigns ^To have and to hold one other undivided fifth part thereof to him the said Charles Carroll son of Danl his Heirs and Assigns^ To have and To hold one other undivided fifth part thereof to him
       the said Charles Carroll Barrister his heirs and Assigns   To have and To hold
       one undivided Tenth Part thereof to him the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs & Assigns
       And To have and To hold the remaining undivided Tenth part thereof to him the said
       Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns To the only proper Use and Behoof of
