15. any part or parcel of them or any or either of them belonging or in any wise Appurtaining And the reversion and reversions remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Equity of Redemption Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Charles Homewood and his Heirs both at Law and in Equity of into or out of the said hereby granted assigned and released or meant mentioned or intended to be hereby granted assigned and released premisses and of into and out of every part and parcel of them and every or either of them with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances To have and To hold the said Premisses hereby Granted Assigned and released or meant mentioned or intended so to be unto him the sid John Ilesselius his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoofe of him the said John Ilesselius his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Charles Homewood for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said John Ilesselius his Heirs and Assigns as follows (that is to say) That he the said Charles Homewood and his Heirs and all others lawfully claiming by from or under him shall and will at the request Costs and Charges in the Law of him the said John Ilesselius or his heirs or Assigns make do and Execute or cause and procure to be made done and executed all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts thing and Things Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further and better Conveying Assuring Granting Assigning or releasing the said hereby granted assigned and released or meant mentioned or intended to be hereby granted assigned and released premisses and every or any part and parcel of them or either of them with the Appurtenances to him the said John Ilesselius his Heirs and Assigns for ever as by the Counsel learned in the Law of him the said John Ilesselius his Heirs or Assigns shall be reasonable devised and advised or required And that he the said Charles Homewood and his Heirs the Said hereby granted Assigned and released or meant mentioned or intended to be hereby granted assigned and released or meant mentioned or intended to be hereby granted assigned and released Premisses and every part and parcel of them and any and either of them with the Appurtenances unto him the said John Ilesselius his Heirs and Assigns against him the said Charles Homewood and his Heirs and against all other Person or Persons whatsoever (save and Except against the right and Claim of Dower of Ann the Mother of the said Charles Homewood as also save and except against Henry Woodward deceased and those claiming under him (shall and will warrant |
