134. Rents Issues and Profits of all and Singular the said Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances To have and To hold the said undivided fourth part or Share of and in the said several Tracts or Parcels of Land Hereditaments & premises Mines Oar Works Houses Tenements Erections Buildings Cattle Forges Oar Goods Utensils Implements Stock Negroes and other things Ways Waters Watercourses Plantations Trees Wood Underwoods Commons Common of Pasture Mines Oar Goods Profits Comodities Rights Libertys Advantages Hereditaments & Appurtenances in Baltimore County aforesaid And all and every the said several Tracts Pieces or Parcels of Land or Ground Messuages or Tenements Dwelling Houses Warehouses Storehouses and other Houses Erections Buildings Lands & Hereditaments with their Appurtenances in Frederick County Prince Georges County & Upper Marlbro aforesaid respectively hereby Bargained & sold or mentioned or intended to be hereby Bargained and sold with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said John Buchanan his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these N.o 7 W.m Hippisley Presents for and during and untill the full end and Term of One whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and Ended Yielding and Paying therefore on the feast day of the Nativity of S.t John the Baptist now next ensuing the Rent of One Peper Corn only If the same shall be Lawfully demanded To the Intent and Purpose that by Virtue of these Presents and by Force of the Statute for Transferring uses into Possession the said John Buchanan may be in the Actual and full Possession of all and singular the said Premisses and may be thereby enabled to accept and take a Grant and release of the Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs upon the Trusts and for the uses ends intents and Purposes and subject to the Provisoes and agreements thereof mentioned Expressed and Declared in and by an Indenture of three Parts intended to bear date the day next after the day of the date of these Presents and to be made betwixt the said James Wardrop of |
