       little more or less   And one other Tract Piece or Parcel of Land or Ground commonly Called
       or known by the Name of Nutt Spring containing by Estimation sixty four Acres little more
       or less by whatsoever other names or Descriptions the said several Tracts Pieces or Parcels
       of Land or Ground or any of them are or may be described Called or known   And also all
       that Tract Piece or Parcel of Land or Ground of him the said James Wardrop situate
       lying and being in Prince Georges County in the said Province of Maryland commonly
       called or known by the Name of Bells Pasture and Containing by Estimation Two
       hundred fifty four acres Little more or Less or by whatsoever other Name or Description
       the same is or may be called known or described   And also all and every the
       Messuages or Tenements Dwelling houses Warehouses storehouses and other Houses
       Erections Buildings Lands and Hereditaments with their Appurtenances of him the said
       James Wardrop situate standing lying and being in upper Marbro in the said Province
       of Maryland and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
