       Baltimore County in the Said Province of Maryland formerly Purchased by Alexander Lawson
       of the Said Province of Maryland Merchant James Russell now of the City of London
       Merchant James Johnson of the City of Glasgow in North Britain Merchant and the said
       James Wardrop of or from Daniel Dulany late of Maryland aforesaid Merchant and other persons
       there and now held by the said Alexander Lawson James Russell James Johnson and
       James Wardrop in undivided fourth parts or shares as Tennants in Common And also of
       and in all the several Mines Oar and Works in upon or belonging to
                                                 N.o 1   W.m Hippisley

       The Said Lands & Hereditaments or Some Part or Parcel thereof and commonly called
       or known by the name of the Nottingham Iron Works and of and in all Houses Tenements
       Erections Buildings Cattle Forges Oar Goods Utensils Implements Live and Dead Stock Negroes
       and other things whatsoever belonging to the said Lands and Iron Works or any Part thereof
       or thereupon Used Worked or enjoyed or by whatsoever other Name or Names Description or
       Descriptions the same are or may be described called or known And also of and in all Ways Water
       Water Courses Plantations Trees Woods Underwoods Commons Common of Pasture Mines Oar Goods
       Profits Commodities Rights Liberties Advantages Hereditaments & Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the said Messuages Lands Tenements Iron Work Negroes Hereditaments & Premisses or any
       part or parcel thereof belonging or in any Wise appurtaining or with them or any of them Used
       Occupied Possessed or Enjoyed   And also all those several Tracts or Pieces or Parcels of Land or
       Ground of him the said James Wardrop situate Lying and being in Frederick County in the
       said Province of Maryland herein after particularly mentioned That is to say one Tract piece
       or Parcel of Land or Ground commonly Called or known by the Name of Hazard & resurvey
       containing by Estimation seven hundred & Ninety Acres like more or less One other Tract
       Piece or Parcel of Land or Ground commonly Called or known by the Name of Partnership
       containing by Estimation Two hundred and Eighty acres little more or less One other Tract Piece
       or Parcel of Land or Ground commonly Called or known by the Name of Dear bought containing
       by Estimation five hundred Acres Little more or less One other Tract Piece or Parcel of Land
       or Ground commonly Called or known by the Name of Wooden Plater containing by Estimation
       Three hundred and Twenty seven acres little more or less   One other Tract piece
