120. Three hundred and fifty pounds another of them for three hundred and fifty Pounds Eight Shillings and the other of them for three hundred and fifty Eight Pounds ten shillings & for Securing the Payment of the said several sums of Five thousand one hundred and Eighty Pounds Six shillings and seven pence and One thousand fifty Eight Pounds Eighteen shillings to the said John Buchanan and James Johnson respectively or such other sums of Money as the Said James Wardrop hath proposed and agreed to convey and Assign an undivided fourth part of several Tracts of Land Mines Iron Works Buildings Cattle Goods Utensils Stock and Hereditaments and several other Lands and Hereditaments which he is seized of possessed of interested in or intitiled unto situate in the said province of Maryland as hereinafter is also mentioned Now therefore this Indenture Witnesseth That for and in Consideration of the said Several Sums of Five thousand one hundred and Eighty Pounds six shillings and seven pence and one thousand fifty Eight Pounds Eighteen shillings so due or owing from or by the said James Wardrop to the Said John Buchanan and James Johnson respectively as aforesaid and for securing the Payment thereof or of Such other sums of Money as the said James Wardrop shall hereafter be indebted to the said John Buchanan and James Johnson respectively as herein after mentioned and in Consideration of the sum of Five shillings of Lawful Money of Great Britain to the said James Wardrop in hand Paid by the said John Buchanan at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents The receipt whereof the said James Wardrop doth hereby Acknowledge He the said James Wardrop Hath granted Bargained sold assigned Transferred sett over Aliened remised released and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant Bargain Sell Assign Transfer Set over alien remise release & Confirm unto the said John Buchanan his Executors Administrators & Assigns All That one full and equall undivided fourth Part or share of him James Wardrop The whole into four equal Parts or shares to be divided of and in all those several Tracts or Parcels of Land Hereditaments & Premisses situate lying and being in |
