       containing by Estimation Two hundred and Ten acres little more or less One other Tract Piece

       resurvey containing by Estimation Nine hundred Acres little more or less   One other Tract
       Piece or Parcell of Land or Ground commonly called or known by the Name of Brentford
       containing by Estimation Thirty five acres little more or Less one other Tract piece or parcel
       of Land or Ground commonly Called or known by the Name of Oxford containing by Estimation
       fifty four acres like more or less One other Tract Piece or Parcel of Land or Ground commonly
       Called or known by the Name of Cool Spring containing by Estimation seventy five Acres
       little more or less One other Tract Piece or Parcel of Land or Ground commonly Called or
       Known by the Name of Bloomsbury containing by Estimation One hundred and four
       Acres little more or less one other Tract Piece or Parcel of Land or Ground commonly called
       or known by the Name of Johns Delight containing by Estimation One hundred and
       four Acres little more or less One other Tract Piece or Parcel of Land or Ground commonly
       called or known by the Name of Pinehill containing by Estimation Ninety Acres little
       more or less And one other Tract Piece or Parcel of Land or Ground commonly called
       or known by the Name of Nutt Spring containing by Estimation sixty four Acres
       little more or less or by whatsoever other names or descriptions the said several Tracts
       Pieces or Parcels of Land or Ground or any of them are or may be described called or
       known   And also all that Tract piece or parcel of Land or Ground of him the said
       James Wardrop situate lying and being in Prince Georges County in the said Province
       of Maryland commonly Called or known by the Name of Belts pasture and containing
       by Estimation Two hundred & fifty four Acres little more or less or by whatsoever other
       Name or Description the same is or may be called known or described   And also
       all and every the Messuages or Tenements Dwelling houses Warehouses storehouses
       and other houses Erections Buildings Lands & Hereditaments with their Appurtenances
       of him the said James Wardrop situate lying standing & being in Upper Marlbrough
       in the said Province of Maryland (All which Premisses are now in in the actual
