       with the appurtenances and each and every of them   Together with all the said recited Indentures
       To have and To hold the said several Tracts or parcels of Land and Premisses and each and
       every part and parcel of them and every of them with their and each and every of their appurtenances
       herein before granted bargained sold assigned and set over unto him the said John Ilesselius
       his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns in as full and ample Manner to all Intents
       and purposes as she the said Rebecca Young might Could should or ought to have held and
       enjoyed the said Lands and premisses and every part thereof   In Witness whereof
       the parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seals
       the day and Year first above Written

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz

       On the Day and Year first within Written Received of and from the within named John Ilesselius
       the within mentioned sum of Two thousand three hundred and ninety pounds seven shillings
       and four pence sterling money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him
       paid to me I say received by me

       On the seventh day of Mary 1763 Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships
       Provincial Magistrates the within named Rebecca Young and John Illeselius and did
       severally acknowledge the within Instrument of Writing to be their respective Act and
       Deed and the Lands and Premisses within mentioned to be the right and Estate of the said John Ilesselius
       his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same
       Writing and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided
