       more or less All that other Tract or Parcel of Land Called refuse Containing One hundred and
       forty Acres more or less All that other Tract or Parcell of Land Called back Land Containing One
       hundred and seventy five acres more or less All that other tract or parcell of Land Called Snenton
       Containing One hundred Acres more or less And all that other Tract or parcell of Land Called the
       Inclosure Containing One hundred and Ten Acres more or less all which said several Tracts
       or parcels of land were on the Tenth day of September in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
       seven hundred and sixteen reduced into one entire Tract or Parcel of Land Called Trent Neck
       Containing Two Thousand three hundred and fifty four Acres more or less lying and being situate
       in S.t Marys County aforesaid   To Hold the same unto the said George Maxwell his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever subject Nevertheless to a Proviso or Condition in the same
       Indenture Contained for making Void thereof on the Payment of the said sum of Three
       hundred and fifty pounds sterling and Interest at such Time and in such Manner as is
       therein mentioned and Whereas the said Kenelm Truman Greenfield hath fully discharged
       paid and satisfied the said George Maxwell the said sum of Three hundred and fifty
       pounds sterling with all the Interest due thereon the Receipt Whereof he the said George Maxwell
       Doth hereby Acknowledge and him the said Kenelm Truman Greenfield his heirs Exr.s
       Administrators and Assigns thereof fully Acquit Exonerate and Discharge    Now this
       Indenture Witnesseth that the said George Maxwell in Consideration of the said Three
       Hundred & fifty Pounds Sterling with Interest And also in Consideration of Five Shillings
       Current Money to him in hand Paid by the said Kenelm Truman Greenfield the Receipt
       whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge hath Assigned surrendered and Yeilded up Remised
       released and for ever quit Claimed and by these Presents doth Assign Doth Assign surrender
       Yeald up Remise Release and for ever quit Claim unto the said Kenelm Truman
       Greenfield his heirs and assigns All the said several Tracts or parcels of Land in the said
       Indenture of Mortgage (herein before referred to) Contained or mentioned together with
       all and every of the Appurtenances to all or any of the said several Tracts or Parcels
       of Land belonging or in any Manner appertaining and all the Estate Right
