       According to the Intent & Meaning of the said Deed   And at the Same Time came
       Judith Wife of the said James Campbell who being Privately Examined out of hearing
       of her Said husband declared she gave up all her Right & title of Dower to the above Land
       & Premisses of her own free will & accord & without the threats & fear of her said Husbands
       Displeasure         In Testimony whereof We have hereunto set our hands this
       Twentyeth Day of June Anno Domini 1763                  Jn.o Winter

                                              June the 20.th 1763   Then received of Mess.rs George
       Maxwell & John Eden One Thousand Pounds Sterling being the Consideration
       for the within Deed
                                                                                     Ja.s Campbell

       Recorded the 29th September 1763

Ex.d      Maryland fs.t   This Indenture made this Nineteenth
       day of September in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and sixty three
       Between George Maxwell of Charles County in the Province of Maryland Merchant
       of the one Part and Kenelm Truman Greenfield of S.t Marys County in the said
       Province Gentleman of the other Part   Whereas by an Indenture of Demise
       by way of Mortgage bearing date on or about the second day of June in the Year of
       our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty And made between the said Kenelm
       Truman Greenfield of the one Part and the said George Maxwell of the other part
       The said Kenelm Truman Greenfield (In Consideration of Three hundred and
       fifty pounds sterling Money of Great Brittain to him Paid by the said George Maxwell
       as is therein mentioned) did grant sell release and Confirm unto the s.d George Maxwell
       all and singular the several Tracts and Parcels of Land following all lying and
       being situate in S.t Marys County afores.d to Wit all that Tract or Parcell of Land
       Called Trent Neck Containing Six hundred Acres of Land More or less all that
       other Part or Parcell of Land Called the Wedge Containing Seventy five acres
