106.

       Title Interest Property claim and Demand Whatsoever both at Law and in Equity of him
       the said George Maxwell his Heirs Exors Administrators or Assigns by Virtue of the
       herein before recited Indentures of Mortgage or otherwise howsoever   To have and To hold
       the said several Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses herein before mentioned and
       hereby Intended to be Assigns surrendered Yealded up Remised Released and for ever
       Quit Claimed With their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Kenelm Truman
       Greenfield his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assigns from hence forth forever more in as full large
       ample and beneficial a Manner to all Intents and Purposes Whatsoever as If the     
       said Indenture of Mortgage herein before Referred to had never been made and the said
       George Maxwell for himself his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assigns Covenants & agrees
       to and with the s.d Kenelm Truman Greenfield his heirs Exors Admrs and Assigns
       that he the Said George Maxwell hath not made done or Comitted nor Willingly suffered
       to be made done or Comitted any Act Wherewith or Whereby all or any Part of the said
       Several Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses herein before mentioned is are shall
       or may be in any Wise Impeached Charged or Incumbered in Title Charge Estate or
       otherwise howsoever but that he the said Kenelm Truman Greenfield his Heirs and Assigns
       shall hold all and every Part and Parcel of the said several Tracts of Land and Premisses
       free and Disincumbered against any Right Title Claim and demand of him the said
       George Maxwell his heirs and Assigns or any Person or Persons Claiming by from
       or under him or any of them   In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and Year
       within above Written
