95) Ex.d To all Persons to whom these Presents may Come greeting Know Ye that we Antill Deaver & Sarah Deaver of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Do for the Natural Love and Esteem that we have and Do Care unto our Son John Deaver of the Same County and Province and as well for Divers other good Causes thereunto Especially moving us give Grant Alien Enfeof Ratify Confirm and make over and by these presents hath Given Granted Aleind Enfeofd Ratifyed Confirmed and made over unto our said son John Deaver that part or parcel of Land Lying and Situate on a Run called Broad run Bounded as follows Beginning at the End of ^the^ North east line of a Tract of land Called Sedgley and Running thence South Sixty five degrees East thirty four Perches thence South ten Degrees East forty Perches thence South forty five degrees west twenty Perches thence south twenty one degrees west forty Perches thence South fifty degrees west fifty four Perches thence North twenty degrees East thirty Six Perches thence South Sixty Seven degrees west twenty Perches thence North thirty five degrees west Seven Perches thence South Eighty five degrees west till it Intersects a Tract of Land Called my Lords Gift thence Running with the said Tract of Land called my Lords Gift North forty five degrees west to a Run Called broad Run then Running up and bounding on the said Run till it Intersects the North West Line of the said Tract of Land called Sedgly (and) |
