       as aforesaid without the assent and Consent of the Said Richard
       Lovering and Thomas Lovering In Witnesses whereof we the Said
       Nicholas Maltens ^Walters^ and Mary his Wife and Sarah Andrews
       have hereunto set our hands and Seals the fifteenth day of
       January in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven

                            On the Back of the aforegoing Instrument ^of Writing^ was thus indorst Viz.t

       Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordship Justices of the Provincial
       Court of Maryland John Pyke and George Wilmots Witnesses to the
       within Letter of Attorney and made oath Oath on the Holy Evangeles
       of Almighty God that they severally saw the within Named
       Nicholas Walters and Mary his Wife and Sarah Andrews
       Seal and Deliver the within Letter of Attorney to the within
       Named Richard Walters ^Waters^ and Mary his Wife and Sarah
11 sides Andrews Acknowledge the Said Letter of Attorney to be their
       Several Acts and Deed
