       North Twenty degrees East Twelve Perches unto Jones's
       falls Then bounding upon and with the Said falls the Seven
       following Courses Viz North thirty Eeight degrees and thirty
       Minutes West three perches North Sixty nine degrees West
       Twelve perches South Seventy eight degrees West Twelve Perches
       South forty degrees West forty five perches North eighty degrees
       West Sixteen perches and half a perch North twenty degrees West
       fifteen Perches and halfe a perch Then North West by West
       Eighteen perches and three quarters of a perch north eighty
       four degrees West six perches unto the North corner of the
       Lot Number Nineteen in said Town and then bounding
       on the out lines of Baltimore Town as originally and at first laid out in
       the year 1729 unto the place of Begining containing Seven Acres
       and an halfe more or less Together with all the Rights Proffits
       Benefits Priviledges and Appurtenances thereunto belonging
       or in any wise appertaining  To have and To hold the afs.d
       Bargained seven and an halfe Acres of Land more or less
       with the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
       any wise appertaining unto him the Said Alexander Lawson
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to his and their only
       Proper use and behoofe and the Said Charles Carroll and his
       Heirs the aforesaid Bargained Seven and an halfe Acres of
       Land more or less with the Premisses and appurtenances unto
       him the Said Alexander Lawson his Heirs and assigns
       for ever against all Person or Persons whatsoever
       Claiming by from or under him the Said
       Charles Carroll or his Heirs or by his or their means or
       Procurement shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend
