       by these Presents In Witness whereof the Said Charles Carroll hath
       hereunto Set his Hand and Seal the Day and year above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst Viz.t

       May 20.th 1757 Received of Alexander Lawson the Sum of Fifteen pounds
       sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned

7 sides May 20.th 1757  Then came Charles Carroll Esq.r before me the Subscriber one
8 sides of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the
       within Deed according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in that
       Case made and Provided

Ex.d               To all People to whom these Presents shall
       Come We Nicholas Walters of Ilfordcombe in the County of Deven
       Marriner and Mary his Wife and Sarah Andrews of Ilfordcombe
       aforesaid ^widow^ Send Greeting Nowe Knowe ye that me ^we^ the said
       Nicholas Walters and Mary his Wife and Sarah Andrews
       Have and each of us hath Constituted and appointed and by
       these Presents do and each and every ^of^ us Doth Constitute
       and appoint Richard Lovering of Ilfordcombe aforesaid
       Joiner and Thomas Lovering of Tamstack in the Said
                                                                         (County)
