87) their metes and bounds as mentioned and expressed in their Several respective Certificates and Patents as aforesaid by a good Sure Perfect and Indefeazable Estate of the Inheritance in fee Simple and hath good right full power and Lawfull Authority to Convey and assure the Same Lands to him the aforesaid Charles Croxall his Heirs and Assigns for ever That he the Said John Cromwell his Heirs Executor^ors^ and Administrators Shall and will for ever Warrant and Defend the Said Bargained three tracts or parcels of land and Premisses with their Appurtenances and every part and Parcell of them as afs.d unto him the Said Charles Croxall his Heirs and Assigns for ever against all and all manner of person or Persons whatsoever And Lastly that he the Said John Cromwell and his heirs Shall and will for ever hereafter at the reasonable request of him the Said Charles Croxall his heirs or assigns at his or their proper cost and charge make do Execute acknowledge and Perfect any other Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances as Shall or may hereafter be thought requisite and necessary by the Said Charles Croxall his Heirs or assigns or his or their Councel Learned in the Law for the Better and more firmer assuring the Said Bargained three tracts of Land and Premises with their appurtenances and every part and Parcel thereof as aforesaid unto him the Said Charles Croxall his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said John Cromwell hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered John Cromwell Seal in the Presence of Ruxton Gay Walt Tolley On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorst Viz.t |
