86) in Liber BB N.o 3 folio 412 and Liber C N.o 3 folio 513 and 566 may more fully and at large appear Together with all and Singular the Rights Proffits Benefits Priviledges Advantages and appurtenances to the ^three^ said Bargained Tracts or parcels of Land belonging or in any wise Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders thereof To Have and To Hold the three aforesaid Bargained Tracts or parcels of Land and Premisses with their appurtenances unto him the Said Charles Croxall his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to his and their only Proper use and behoof And the Said John Cromwell for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Promise Covenant Grant and agree to and with the Said Charles Croxall his Heirs and Assigns in Manner and form following That is to Say That the Said three Bargained tracts or parcels of Land and Premisses with their Appurtenances and every part and Parcel of them as contained within their respective metes and bounds as mentioned and expressed in their Several respective Certificates & Patents are free and clear from all former or more Antient Surveys Gifts Grants Bargains Sales Joynters Dowers Mortgages Entails or other incumberances whatsoever (the quit rents hereafter arising due on them only excepted and foreprised) That he the Said John Cromwell at the Time of Executing these Presents in is Lawfully and Rightfully seized of and in the ^three^ afs.d Bargained tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses with their appurtenances and every part and Parcel of them as contained within (their) |
