83) of Ann Arundl^el^ County Planter of the other part Witnesseth that the said George Scott for and in Consideration of the sum of Twenty pounds Sterling Money to him the Said George Scott in hand Paid By the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington the Receipt whereof the said George Scott Doth hereby Acknowledge and himself to be therewith fully Satisfied and Contented and Paid Hath Given Granted Bargaind Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his heirs and assigns for ever all that Tract or parcell of Land Called set Seths' Folly Lying in Frederick County Containing Fifty Acres more or Less as by the Lord Proprietarys Patent thereof Granted unto a Certain Seth Hyatt Bearing Date the Twenty Second of January Seventeen Hundred and Forty Nine reference thereto Being had may more fully appear with all and singular the Premisses and Appurtenances thereto Belonging To have And to Hold the Said Tract of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances unto him the Said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his heirs and assigns forever to the Only Proper Use and Behoof of him the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his heirs and Assigns and to no other use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever and the Said George Scott doth for himself and his heirs hereby Covenant Promise grant and Agree to & with the Said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his heirs & assigns that he the said George Scott and his heirs Shall and will from time to Time and at all Times hereafter Warrant and Defend the Said Tract of Land with the Premisses And Appurtenances thereto belonging against him the said (George) |
