       George Scott and his heirs and Assigns all Persons
       Whatsoever Claiming or to Claim any Right Title or
       Propertie thereto from by or under him the Said George
       Scott or his heirs in Witness whereof the Said George Scott
       hath thereunto Sett his hand and Affixed his Seale the Day
       and year first above Written
                                                          George Scott
       Signed Sealed & Delivered
       in Presence of

       W.m Reynolds
       W.m Baker

                          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was
       thus indorst Viz.t
                                  Received this 25 Day of October 1756 of
       Brice Thomas Beale Worthington Twenty Pounds Sterling
       Money Being the full Consideration within Mentioned
       Testes
                                                            George Scott
       W.m Reynolds
       Will.m Baker

                            On the 25 Day of October 1756 Came
       before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court of Maryland George Scott who
       Acknowledged the within Deed as his Act and Deed
       And the Lands therein Contained to be the Right & Estate
       of the within Named Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his
6 sides and Assigns for ever According to the TRue Intent & meaning
       of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in Such
       Cases made and Provided,   Acknowledged Before
       Recorded 25.th April 1757                        R.d Tilghman
