       Thousand Acres and the whole Tract of Land Called Chance
       Containing Nine hundred and sixty Nine Acres and that Charles
       Carroll Junior shall have the whole Tract of Land Called Climmatua
       Vale of Jehosophat Ely O Carroll and Litterlomma and whereas Charles
       Carroll Esq.r hath further agreed to Convey to the said Charles Carroll
       Junior all that Tract of Land called the Girls Portion Containing
       One thousand seven hundred Acres and half that Tract of Land
       Called Cloven Couse Containing Four hundred and sixty two and
       an half Acres Both which Tracts lay lately in Prince Georges County
       but now ^in^ Frederick County in order to Give the said Charles Carroll
       Junior more then an Equivolent for the Said Exchange Now
       This Indenture further Witnesseth that the said Charles
       Carroll Esq.r in Consideration of the agreement above mentioned
       and in Consideration of ^Five^ Fife shillings sterling to him in hand
       paid by the said Charles Carroll Junior at and by the
       Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof
       he doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof doth acquit and
       Discharge the Said Charles Carroll Junior his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and assigns hath given granted
       Bargained and Sold and by these Presents he the said Charles
       Carroll Esq.r doth Give Grant Bargain and sell unto the
       said Charles Carroll Junior and his heirs and all his the said
       Charles Carroll Esq.rs Right Title Claim and Interest of in and
       to one Moiety of the Tract of Land Called Clinmalira Containing
       Two thousand five hundred Acres one Moiety of the Tra^c^t of
       Land Called the Vale of Joh^o^sophat Containing six hundred
       and Twenty five Acres, One Moiety of the Tract of Land Called
                                                                                        (Ely)
