72) Ex.d This Indenture Made the Twenty first Day of March Anno Dom one Thousand Seven hundred and fifty seven Between Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis Esq.r son and Heir at Law to Charles Carroll Esq.r late of Annapolis Deceased of the one part and Charles Carroll Junior son and Heir at Law to Daniel Carroll Esq.r late of Prince Georges County Deceased who was the son of Charles Carroll Esq.r Deceased on the Other part Witnesseth that whereas the Said Charles Carroll Esq.r Deceased by his Last Will and Testament Bearing date the First day of December Anno Dom one thousand seven Hundred and Eighteen Among other things Bequeathed to his two sons Charles Carroll Esq.r Party to these Presents and Daniel Carroll Deceased all his Lands in Baltimore County in which he had a Fee Simple and which he had not Otherwise Disposed of by his said Will Among which were the following Lands Doohougan Containing six thousand Acres Chance Containing Nine hundred and sixty Nine Acres both Origionally Laying in Baltimore County but now in Ann Arundle County Clinma^lira^ Containing five ^thousand^ hundred Acres part of the ^Vale^ Valer of Johpsophat Containing one thousand Two hundred and fifty Acres Ely O Carroll Containing one thousand Acres Letter Lomma Granted for four hundred Acres but Containing in the bounds thereof One Thousand One hundred and seventy acres and whereas the Parties to these Presents have Come to an agreement to Divide and Exchange the said Lands in the following Manner Viz.t that Charles Carroll Esq.r shall have the whole Tract of land Called Doohougan Containing ten (Thousand) |
