       Ely O Carroll Containing five hundred Acres of Land one
       Moiety of the Tract of Land Called Litter Lomma Containing
       five hundred and Eighty Five Acres of Land one Moiety
       of the Tract of Land Called Cloven Couse Containing four hundred
       and sixty two and an half ^Acres^ of Land and all that Tract of
       Land Called the Girls Portion Containing one thousand seven
       hundred Acres of Land To have and to hold the Said Moietys
       of the Said Tracts of Land Called Clinmalira Vale of Jehosophat
       Ely O Carroll Litter Lomma Cloven Couse and all that Tract
       of Land called the Girls Portion Containing the Quantities
       of Land aforesaid be the Same more or less unto him
       the said Charles Carroll Junior his Heirs and assigns
       for ever to the only Proper use and Behoof of him the Said
       Charles Carroll Junior his heirs and assigns for ever and
       for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the
       Said Charles Carroll Esq.r Doth hereby for himself his heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns Covenant and agree
       to and with the Said Charles Carroll Junior his Heirs and
       Assigns the aforesaid Moietys of Clinmalira Vale of
       Johosophat Ely O Carroll Letter Lomma and Cloven Couse
       and all that tract of Land Called the Girls Portion to Warrant
       and for ever Defend unto the said Charles Junior his
       Heirs and Assigns against all persons whatsoever
       Claiming any Right or Title ther^e^to from by or under
       him the Said Charles Carroll Esq.r In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto
       Interchangeably Set their hands and affixed
