       hundred Acres and also all that Tract or parcell of Land Called White neck Lying
       and being in Saint Marys County aforesaid Containing one hundred acres
       Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water
       Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages &
       Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tracts or parcels of Land or any
       or either of them belonging or appertaining and the ^Revertion and^ Revertions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of them or Either or any part of
       either of them To have and to hold the said Tracts or parcels of Land
       and every of them and all and singular the Premisses with their
       and Each and every of their Rights members and appurtenances
       unto the said Philip Key his Executors Administrators and assigns
       from the Day next before the Day of the Date of these presents for
       and during and untill the full End and Term of one whole year
       from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and Ended To the
       Intent and purpose that by force and virtue of these presents & of
       the statute for transfer^r^ing uses into Possession the said Philip Key
       may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses and be thereby
       enabled to take and accept a Grant and Release of the Revertion
       and Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs for ever In Witness
       whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their hands and affixed their seales the Day and year first
       above written
