Ex.d   This Indenture Tripartite made this Sixteenth day
       of February in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty
       nine Between Kenelm Cheseldine of Saint Marys County planter
       Thomas McWilliams of Saint Marys County Gentleman Kenelm
       Trueman Greenfield of Saint Marys County planter of the first
       part Edmund Key of Saint Marys County Gentleman of the
       Second Part and Philip Key of Saint Maryland County Gentleman
       of the third part Witnesseth that they the said Kenelm Cheseldine
       Thomas McWilliams & Kenelm Trueman Greenfield for and in
       Consideration of the sum of Ten Shillings Sterling money to him
       in hand paid by the said Philip Key at or before the Sealing and
       Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged
       and for the Docking barring and Extinguishing all Estates
       Tail and all Revertions and remainders thereupon expectant
       or depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
       herein after mentioned they the said Kenelm Cheseldine
       Thomas McWilliams & Kenelm Trueman Greenfield by &
       with the advice and Consent of the said Edmund Key
       testifyed by his being a party to and his Sealing and
