428) Lands and Premisses therein mentioned with their appurtenances to be the Estate Right Title and Interest of the said Notley Warren his heirs and assign for ever according to the Directions of the act of assembly in such Cases made and provided before J Hepburn Received the Day and year above mentioned the sum of five Shillings Curr being the Consideration money within expressed his Received per me Tho.s Warren mark 8 sides Witness J Hepburn Recorded July 24.th 1759 thus far accot.d for w.th Com.rs Ex.d This Indenture made this Fifteenth Day of February in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and fifty nine Between Kinelin Cheseldyne of Sait Marys County planter Thomas McWilliams of Saint Marys County Gentleman Kenelm Trueman Greenfield of Saint Marys County planter of the one part and Philip Key of Saint Marys County Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that the said Kenelin Cheseldyne Thomas McWilliams & Kenelm Trueman Greenfield for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling money to them in hand paid by the said Philip Key at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom do and each of them doth acquit and Discharge the said Philip Key his Executors and Administrators Have and each of them Hath granted bargained and sold and by these Presents Do and each of ^them^ doth grant bargain and sell unto him the said Philip Key his Executors Administrators and assigns all that tract or parcel ^of^ Land Called Mattapany Lying and being in Saint Marys County aforesaid Containing five hundred Acres also all that Tract or parcel of Land Called St Catherines Island Lying and being in St Marys County aforesaid Containing one (hundred) |
