420 and Retwined into the Land Office Bearing Date the ninth Day of October Seventeen hundred and twenty and there Remaining together with all Rights Profits Benefits & Previledges thereunto Belonging Royal Mines ^only^ Excepted to have and to hold the same unto the said George Williams his heirs and Assigns for ever to be holden of Henry Williams aforesaid as his Proper Right by heirship of Lands in Queen Anns County in fee and Common Soccage by fealty onely of all manner of Services Yielding and paying to the Chief Lord of the fee or fees all such Rents and Services as Shall be growing Due and Payable therefrom and the said Henry Williams doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said George Williams to sign Seal and Deliver According to Law any other Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances of all and singular his Rights in or to the Lands aforesaid at the Reasonable Request of the said George Williams that he the said George Williams or his Attorney Learned in the Law may Devise or Require Witness my hand and seal the Day and year above Written Witness present Henry Williams seal John Hall Wil Lyon On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Enforsed Viz.t Received of George Williams y.e sum Within mentioned of five hundred and fifty pounds being y.e Within Consideration money for the within Bargained Premisses as Witness my name this ninth day of May 1759 Testes Henry Williams John Hall Wil Lyon |
