419 County and Province of Maryland Millwright son of Abraham Williams Late of Queen Anns County farmer deceased of the one part and George Williams of Baltimore County and Province aforesaid Millwright Witnesseth that the said Henry Williams for and in Consideration of the sum of five hundred and fifty Pounds to him in hand paid good and Lawfull money of the Province aforesaid the Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and himself fully satisfyed Contented and paid hath given Granted Bargained Aliened Enfeofed and Confirmed to be holden to the use and behoof of him the said George Williams his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns for ever more all that tract or Parcell of Land Called Millford Cituate Lying and being in Queen Anns County and on the south east branch of Corseca Creek known by the Name of Chester Mill Branch Beginning at a Bounded white Oake Standing on a Point about Twenty Perches to the Eastward of the mouth of a Small Branch Issuing out of the Main Branch of Corseca Creek Called Chester Mill Branch and by the Dwelling Plantation of Abraham Williams Late of s.d County Deceased and running from thence North twenty two Degrees East thirty five Perches the^n^ south Eighty Degrees East fifty two Perches then South twenty Eight Degrees East Eighteen Perches then South Eighty Degrees East Seventy two Perches then south forty nine Degrees East fifty two Perches then south Eight Degrees East sixty three Perches then one hundred and ninety four perches and from thence with a Streight Line to the aforesaid white Oake Containing and Laid out for one ^hundred^ and twenty three Acres of Land more or Less according to Certificate of Survey thereof taken & |
