421 Be it Remembered that the within Named Henry Williams appeared before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of ye Provincial Court and Acknowledged the within Deed and the Lands and Premisses within mentioned to be the Estate of George Williams his heirs and assigns Taken & Certified by me this ninth Day of May 1759 6d Recorded 4.th June 1759 John Hall Ex.d This Indenture made the twentieth Day of July in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and fifty nine Between William Price of Queen Anns County Gentleman of the one part & Mary Stansbury of Baltimore County Widow of the ^other^ part whereas at a Provincial Court held at the City of Annapolis the second Tuesday of April in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty nine the aforesaid William Price by a writ of Entry sur Disseisin en le post did Demand against the aforesaid Mary Stansbury all that Tract of Plantable Land Called Robinsons Farm Situate Lying and being in Queen Anns County Containing two hundred Acres with the appurtenances unto and upon which said Writ of Entry the aforesaid Mary Stansbury at the same Term did appear and did vouch the Common Vouchee to warrant the Premisses so demanded who for^th^ with appeared and did enter in the Warranty of the same and afterwards made Default whereby a Common Recovery of the premisses with the appurtenances was had and perfected whereby as by the record thereof in the said Provincial Court remaining may more at Large appear Now this Indenture witnesseth that it is Covenanted granted and agreed upon by and between the said parties to these Presents and the said William Price for himself his heirs Executors and administrators doth hereby Covenant grant and agree to and with the said |
