       the full and Just Sum of Forty seven pounds thriteen shillings
       and ten pence Current Money of Maryland with Legal Interest
       from the date hereof at or upon the first day of April 1761 without
       any deduction or defalcation for Taxes or other Impositions whatever
       and without the said David Ross being obliged to pay any Aleination
       fine or fines or of paying Quit Rent or Rents to the Chief Lord of the
       Soil or the Expence of Recording this deed that then and From thence
       forth these presents and every thing herein Containd shall
       cease & be void any thing herein Contained to the contrary
       Notwithstanding and the said Joseph Miles for himself his
       heirs and assigns doth Covenat grant and agree to and with the said
       David Ross his heirs Executors Adminis & Assigns by these presents
       in manner & form following That is to say that he the said
       Joseph Miles is the true sole and Lawfull Owner of the said Land
       and Premisses hereby demised with their and every of their
       appurtenances and is solely Rightfully and Absolutely seized
       thereof and of every part and parcell thereof of a good sure estate
       of Inheritance in fee Simple without any manner of Condition
       or limitation whatsoever & hath good right absolute power &
       Lawfully authority to bargain and sell the said land and premisses
       with their appurtenances unto the said David Ross his heirs
       Exer.s Administ.rs & Assigns in manner and form afforesaid and
       also that he the said David Ross his heirs and Assigns shall
       from time to time and at all times after default shall be made
       in the performance of the Proviso's or Conditions herein Contained
       Peaceably and Quietly enter into have hold Occupy and Enjoy the
       said Land and Premisses above mentioned without let suit hendrance
       Interuption molestation and denyal of the said Joseph Miles his
       heirs and assigns and of all and every other Person or Persons whatsoever
       and the said Joseph Miles for himself his heirs Execut.rs
