       and Admin.rs further Covenants & agrees to an with the sd
       David Ross his heirs Execut.rs & Administrators the afforesaid sum
       of Forty Seven pounds thirteen shillings and ten pence Current
       money of Maryland with Legal Interest thereon from the date
       hereof unto him the said David Ross his heirs & Assigns at or
       upon the first day of April which Shall be in the year of
       our Lord one thousand seven hundred & sixty one shall and
       will well and truly pay and Satisfy   In Witness
       whereof the said Joseph Miles has hereunto set his hand &
       affixd his Seale the day and year above written

in the Presence of                                          Joseph Miles   seal
       Cha.s Jones
       Elizabeth Jones      On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
                                    Endorsed Viz.t

                               April 9 1759 Then received of the within named
       David Ross the Sum of Forty Seven pounds thirteen shillings
       and ten pence Curr.t Money being the Consideration
       within mentioned as witness my hand the day                     £47  13  10
