       Money mentioned in the within Mortgage and Interest thereon and
       that the said Lands and Premisses mentioned in the within Mortgage shall
       not be redeemed by ^me^ the said Charles Homewood my Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns untill the above Sum of four hundred Eighty and seven pounds
       six shillings and Eight pence Current Money and Interest thereon over and
       above the aforesaid One thousand Pounds Current Money the Consideration of the
       within Mortgage and Interest thereon shall be fully paid and satisfyed and I
       the said Charles Homewood for my self my Heirs Executors and Administrators
       do hereby further Covenant and Agree to and with the said John Brice his
       Executors Administrators and Assigns that I the Said Charles Homewood my
       Heirs Executors and Administrators the aforesaid Sum of four hundred Eighty
       seven pounds six shillings and Eight Pence Current Money and Interest
       thereon (over and above the one thousand Pounds Current Money the Consideration
       mentioned in the within Mortgage and Interest) unto the said John Brice
       his Executors Administrators and Assigns at or upon the Tenth day of May
       which shall be in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and
       Sixty one will well and truly pay and Satisfie In Witness whereof I have
       hereunto set my hand and Affixed my Seal this Ninth day of March in the
       Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty Nine
