356) Beale Bordley his heirs and assigns for ever And the said William Dallam doth hereby for himself and his heirs Executors & Administrators Covenant ^&^ Grant to and with the said Beale Bordley his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns That for and notwithstanding any Act matter or Thing whatsoever by him the said William Dallam committed done or suffered he now hath in himself full Power good Right and Lawfull & Absolute Authority to grant bargain Sell and Convey the said Premisses hereby granted bargained or sold or meant or mentioned ^so^ to be and every part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Beale Bordley his heirs & Assigns for ever in manner aforesaid And that for and notwithstanding any such sufferance act or thing aforesaid the same Premisses are in no wise Charged burthened or incumbered in Title Charge Estate or otherwise howsoever nor is any Part thereof In Witness whereof the said Parties to these presents have hereto interchangably set their hands and seals the Day and year above written W.m Dallam seal Sealed & delivered (being first duely stamp'd and certified and the words "and Forty" and the word "he" Beale Bordley seal being first interlined and the words "untill" and Assigns being first stru^c^k out) in Presence of us John Hall Sam.l Howard On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed Vizt Received the Thirtieth day of January 1759 of the within named Beale Bordley Two hundred pounds Sterling money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me Witness John Hall W.m Dallam seal Sam.l Howard |
